A nice, clean place to stay. As the price indicates, it is as basic as hotel rooms go. But our bed looked newer and was comfortable, the bathroom is always spotlessly clean, the A/C is cold in the summer and the heat is warm in the winter, the TV is nice with lots of available channels to choose from and the mini fridge keeps your stuff cold. And the owners are super nice. We have stayed there so many times while visiting our kids at IU that they remember us every time we come and they even leave me an extra towel in the room because they remember I like extra towels. It’s nice touches like these that make us repeat customers. If you are looking for a place to lay your head after a long day, I recommend the Royal!
