The property was clean and well kept. The front desk agent was professional and knowledgeable and she went out of her way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. She helped us with parking arrangements and contacted an Uber to transport us to the airport.

Friendliness of the staff specifically the evening staff. Lakeshia, Ashley and Miss Pearl were so funny and accommodating to us. They acted like they knew us for a while.
Wonderful stay even though we had to be at the airport at four AM. I was traveling with a disabled friend and LaKeisha took amazing care of us. She was kind and compassionate and loving. You have a great staff member.

We booked a room at this establishment just a day before leaving before our flight back to Charlotte. Arriving in the evening, weary from the flight, we were met with a most pleasant desk clerk, Latisha. She welcomed us as if we were old friends with an infectious joyful demeanor that made the stay most pleasant. Our room was very clean, well appropriated and comfortable for our brief stay. the hotel was easy to drive to from our car park and as a plus, there is a most intriguing African restaurant called Lags, close by that we chose for a quick post flight supper. Having never tasted African cuisine before, we were delighted with our choices and have now been introduced to flavors we've never experienced before. All in all, a great end to a weary day traveling.
