The rooms were very clean and neat, the front desk staff was wonderful meeting all of my needs. I give this hotel a five star and look forward to staying in again in the near future.

I’m a little picky, so when I noted in the morning that my coffee pot wouldn’t work and then my TV remote was slow,I called the front desk. Within five minutes, engineering and other service team fixed the coffee pot electrical issue and replaced the remote battery. And when I left the room I rushed out and left two items in the closet and forgot a tip. The next morning when I realized the missing items, they were available at the front desk immediately for me to pick up. Yes, this time I remembered the tip. Great top notch room, gym, staff and public spaces. And great cookie on arrival. Highest recommendation.
Every staff person who served from the restaurants, front desk, bellman and housekeeping were helpful and made me feel cared for. Kudos to Sennita (spelling?) who brought me my luggage that I left in my room. This luggage contain my meds. I live in DC and was on a staycation. I’ll recommend this hotel!
Not being able to wash my hair or take a complete shower, ruined the rest of my positive experience. Hot water is not negotiable when paying for a hotel.
