When I had vehicle troubles, staff was very helpful and got me in a room. The property is always clean and runs like clockwork. I always stay with them when I visit Kings Island in Mason Ohio.
We enjoyed our stay. Clean comfortable rooms and a great hot breakfast.
My girlfriend, three of her children and myself stayed one night here. Rooms were nice and very clean. Air was so so not hot but not too cool either. Customer service was straight to the point, not joyful but never rude. There's a small indoor pool, only 5' deep. The kids and myself still had fun swimming.
