Accommodations were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Your staff was excellent and was always available to answer our many questions and attended to our needs. There were a few minor issues that that could be addressed that would have made our stay more enjoyable. The first was the pillows on our king bed. We were told that they were new and needed to be broken in. We would have enjoyed two full king pillows instead of 7 8 little round hard pillows. Another issue was the broken ice machine on the 8th floor. we also had dirty glasses on the tables in the hallway by the elevator. None of these issues would keep us from coming back, but when you pay a premium price you expect attention to be given to the little things. Overall we were very happy and will return for another visit.
