We found our room to be very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool felt good after sightseeing all day. Bar was open and good music playing. Breakfast was good. Overall very positive.

Customer Service Department Holiday Inn Express Headquarters Re: Naples, 5th Ave facility Dear Holiday Inn Express Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent reservation at your Holiday Inn Express location in Naples, Florida. My itinerary number was #H9878903. I requested a cancellation of my booking approximately 10 20 minutes after making the reservation. Despite my immediate request, I was informed that my cancellation could not be processed, as the associate could not locate my confirmation number in the system. This was particularly frustrating given that my card had already been charged for the booking, which I pointed out in multiple emails to your team. I was further disappointed when Irene Penaco, a Hotel Reservation Support representative, responded by stating that the ability to refund my reservation "is based on the hotel's discretion." This situation dragged on for over a week, causing undue stress, inconvenience and a financial loss of $474, all while I did not stay at your hotel. As a loyal Holiday Inn Express member for many years, this experience has severely undermined my confidence in your brand and customer service. The lack of urgency, clear communication and an apparent unwillingness to address my reasonable request has left me frustrated and disheartened. The process of resolving this issue was unnecessarily prolonged and I feel that my loyalty as a member has been disregarded. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request a full refund of the $474 charge. This situation has not only resulted in an unnecessary financial burden but has also strained my trust in the customer service that Holiday Inn Express provides to its long standing members. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved quickly and that steps will be taken to improve the service offered to guests in the future. Absolutely! We are very eco-friendly at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples Downtown 5th Avenue! All paper products used are of the highest recyclable content possible. We also encourage guests to take advantage of e-folios, as opposed to printed copies, when convenient. We turn our air conditioning units up and the lights off when rooms are unoccupied, to conserve our natural resources. We encourage guests to use the "reuse" program with linen and towels, at their convenience. All chemicals are natural, and we recycle all materials possible!
