We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! We were there for a hip hop concert and even got to take a picture with one of the main acts that was also staying there! Unforgettable night!
Pet friendly a big plus.
All staff was very helpful, polite, an would get us whatever we wanted. However after spending that kind of $ I did expect a little more, not that getting our towels almost daily was a big deal its the principle. The individual that made the reservation said there was free things, like ride to the airport,ect. Nothing was related to any of the things I was told about, golf. Kinda disappointed.
Reservation made a few weeks ago gave one price and changed at check in. Made my reservation for a roll in shower. Upon check in they denied that even though my reservation confirmation said so.
My friend and I went overnight for a hip hop concert and stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk clerk named McKenna was absolutely warm and welcoming when we first walked in. The rooms were clean and when we checked out all we had to do was hand the card key to the person at the front desk. I would highly recommend staying here. One of the best nights ever!

Michael was a wonderful food and beverage host. Great personality. He helped make me feel better. My dad was in rehab. He cared. Am gal was great. Gm very polite and kind eyes. Ian sweet. Ither front desk all smiling and kind. Room wonderful. Will be back.
I always stay here when I come through the area. I think the $15 charge for the breakfast "buffet" is out of line. While I love being on the top floor it was very inconvenient without a down elevator. I appreciate the effort of having a desk person ring for one tho. Overall I'll most likely stay here again in the future but hopefully you'll rethink charging for a breakfast that most hotels offer complimentary.
