Baymont by Wyndham Murfreesboro offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and free WiFi, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay for guests.
We acknowledge this isn't a high end hotel, but we found it very much acceptable and will use it again. The pet fee was only $15, compared to high end hotels with pet fees up to $65. Our room was clean, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty scarce, but the coffee was good and the waffles hot.Good overnight stay at the price. Thumbs up.
Great Stay.
I stayed four nights, May 20 23. The microwave was working, the faucet. I didn’t point this out while there. Most disappointing was my experience making the initial reservation by phone and being told that once I was there, I could cancel any remaining reservations” at any time,” then after arriving being told that was not the case. I initially made reservation ms for two nights, May 20 21, then extended for two more nights, May 22 23. When I later checked to confirm this, I was told Baymont’s records indicated I had extended for four nights through May 25. When I tried to clarify this with Jenny, she told me that sometimes reservations by different people with the same can cause this, but it didn’t look like that’s what happened. At that point she said I would need to cancel May 24 25 reservations early on May 24, then follow up with 3rd party for a refund. Fortunately she kept working on it and on May 23 told me she had discovered that there was a different Cantrell who had made reservations for those dates and that she would correct my bill. Please express my thanks to her for caring to find out what had actually happened and making it right. In no way should she be blamed for this.
wasn’t happy with our stay bathroom light was going on and off, hair on bathroom floor I have a picture and sink handle was under mirror I have a picture also in that.
