From making my reservation to checking in. Everyone was kind and friendly. The room is clean and linens are fresh. Thank you for giving me a peaceful evening after a very trying day.
Accommodating. Everything worked.
Booked room over the phone and requested a king bed. Got two supposed queen beds and desk clerk told me my online booking was for two queens? Not sure if that was hotels fault, but the queens seemed small. Shower was very difficult to turn on. Walk on the floor with bare feet and they were black in minutes. Continental Breakfast was waffles and cereal w/ nothing else. Back door was held open w/ a rock our entire stay. Elaborate use of extension cords and shipping tape for waffle Irons. No extra plugs on nightstands for my CPap machine. Toilet flushed water but not paper or poo. But the workers were all friendly.
Very unpleasant experience when making reservation. I thought I was talking with actual hotel when in fact I had a national reservation site and was treated with great amount of disrespect. I was not told about the $90 in fees I would be paying and not given accurate information on room availability. I still made reservation with this site. I finally was able to contact the actual Days Inn Westminster md and they were very kind and helpful. If it weren't for how nice the actual hotel manager worked with me, I would never booked another room with a Days Inn.
Old, not very clean.
Walls that had a lot of dirt and dusty dirty floors. Beds were clean and very comfortable.
