Super friendly and helpful desk clerk Pranav! He even secured a pre dawn taxi to get us to Newark Airport by five am. Clean/Comfortable room and bed.
Not a lot of interaction with the staff as I only stayed overnight because my flight was cancelled, but the one's I did encounter were professional and very helpful.
