Feel we need $ back as no TV service for two nights. And the washer laudry soap was not enough to clean clothes. Need bigger boxes.
Front desk for checking in was easy and the lady on staff was so very helpful to all our questions and our room was ready. Everything was clean and to our satisfaction. Also, pool and hot tub was so nice, clean and relaxing. We ate at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel which was very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel….

We broke down in Williams, AZ. We didn’t have reservations and another hotel we visited sent us to sit and sleep in our car. I called the Ramada, and they understood our situation and got us a room immediately. No wait to check in and we were able to semi secure the room attentively for the next night if needed. Above and beyond they went for us!
