Luck for me the bar had the game on. Bar staff so kind and knowledgeable enjoyed my stay. The crown jewel of this hotel is the breakfast Wow!!
It's time for Embassy to upgrade their furniture and televisions to smart ones.
Embassy Suites crushed it for us and saved our trip. The facility is so open and welcoming. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. And overall, the room and all common areas were clean and organized.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful rooms were very nice.

Stayed overnight for showers and a trip to target …a needed break from no water no electric Asheville.
The staff really went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. I arrived a day early but they found a room for me. The place was busy but they found room for me. My room was handicapped and I was close to an elevator. The room was handicap assessable. The room was clean and had everything needed to make my stay wonderful.
