The location was excellent. Getting to Baptist Medical Center was quick and easy to navigate. Lobby, parking, hallways, staff and beds were excellent. Bathroom needed attention. Door and doorframe needed a coat of paint.

Shower Spray Handle Was Broken.Soap Dispensers Would Not Work. Fitted Sheet Was Too Small,Would Not Stay On Mattress.Breakfest Was Terrible. Had To Eat Cereal.Will Not Return !

We were very pleased with our Dbl room. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Overall, okay. Nice staff. Friendly. Phone in room did not work, but did not end up needing it anyway. Would like better choice/variety on the TV selections cause we stay in and aren't roaming around LR when there. Usual medical appointments and back to hotel.
When checking in everyone was very helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at the Wingate Little Rock and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful full breakfast before we left on the next leg of our trip. Our only problem was not being able to get into the laundry with our room key. The clerk could use the master key but even after making a new room key, it still would not open the door. Overall our stay was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Thank you Wingate.
