Food in hallways, room mirrors were dirty, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, paint pealing from ceilings, outlets on lamps and lamps did not work correctly. Will not stay here again.

My husband took a picture of a spider in our bathtub, knowing that I despise spiders. I then killed two the following day in the bathroom and my son in law and daughter had some up in the corner of their room. I would greatly suggest having pesticide come and take care of that problem. Also, the sheets on our bed had a stain. I have a CPAP machine and went to plug it in on the bedside table lamp. Neither of the plug ins on one side of the bed worked, so we went to the other side of the bed, that one did not work either, so my husband plugged it in the wall outlet behind the headboard of the bed. He said it was disgustingly dirty behind there. Maybe a thorough vacuum would help help? I guess if we come to lacrosse again, we will not be staying at the American.

Breakfast didn't contain any fruit. Yogurt was warm. I expected more quality. As I have gotten from other American Inn hotels.
Nice to havegood poolside rooms. fun pools for kids. good beds. I do travel some and I was so impressed with the staff from the front desk to the bar tender. I'd give it 5+ stars if they would upgrade the breakfast.
We loved all the many amenities.
