We found out when we got there the central A/C was out. They had portable units in the rooms but they did not cool the room. Then on top of that they made it very humid. As well as it being very loud which made it difficult to sleep.

We found out when we got there the central A/C was out. They had portable units in the rooms but they did not cool the room. Then on top of that they made it very humid. As well as it being very loud which made it difficult to sleep.
Checked in and was told my room didn’t have A/C. They were able to give me a different room the next day, but after reading more reviews I’ve gathered they have broken rooms that they just never fix. Windows don’t open so our room was 82 degrees. 3/5 cleanliness still waiting on my partial refund.
The layout was just bizarre and the decor was depressing. The faucet poured into the sink (with almost no water pressure) probably less than an inch from the edge of the sink so anytime you put your hands under the water it ran all over the countertop. Trying to rinse your face was comical.
