TownePlace Suites in Rochester, MN is a nice place to stay. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good. The reasons we do not give a five this time are because the room, which was on the first floor near the pool, was very humid. Everything seemed sort of damp. Furthermore, I think because we were on the first floor, we experienced a lot of noise from people next door, outside and upstairs. We weren't there very much so it wasn't a big deal, but my husband had some difficulty sleeping. We will request to be on an upper floor next time. Otherwise, this place is great. We definitely appreciate the helpful staff.
My stay was for care at Mayo Clinic. I was grateful to have a quiet and clean room prepared according to my sensitivity to chemicals.
Like I was saying I was overcharged. I better get money back into my account. I am very upset.
