I killed two roaches on my first night that were coming out of the bathroom. I had to spray bug spray all around the room, get Comet and lysol to clean bathroom and sink. The bathroom sink kept stopping up when I ran the water so I used the sink in the “kitchen” to brush my teeth. The water in the shower was not as hot, no steam. The room comes with a fridge and two eyes to cook with but the room came with no dish ware so I had to eat microwaveable food using the microwave and use plastic cutlery. The TV audio kept going in and out I had to keep turning the TV on and off about four times playing around with mute button and volume to get it to come on. If I was watching a movie the sound would go out randomly. Drama outside late at night. People hang around outside all times of the day. Do not use their vending machine as the items get stuck and they tell you to call the number on the machine but no one ever answers so you’d have to wait until the vending machine guy comes in person to get a refund or for him to give you the item that got stuck. I used my discount through my employer and they told me I could not use third party booking. They cleaned my room/ made up my bed once a week on a Tuesday. Fire alarm went off twice within same week around the same time which had me feel like I could barely get sleep. Facility is non smoking however you can smell cigarette and weed smoke in the hall sometimes. They only have one luggage cart, it kept breaking at the poles and one of the wheels was acting like a bad grocery cart at the grocery store so it was kind of hard to move around and there were no ramps outside to easily roll it out and in. Other than that I enjoyed the comfort of the bed.
