The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant, very clean.The transportation to the airport was prompt ,safe and cheerful.
Boise Airport Holiday Inn is a five star hotel in our book. Above and beyond service from ever staff member. Always smiling and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast bar in the morning and complementary coffee all day. I have stayed here before and have found them consistently customer oriented every time and would not stay anywhere else in Boise. The one thing I would recommend is returning to a more traditional decor in the suites. I was here in October and the decor and furnishing was more traditional and homey. I preferred that to the renovation that was not warm and inviting or as comfortable.

Carpets in front of elevators was filthy and then when doors opened carpets inside filthy and shreaded. This is your first impressions. This is not a typical holiday inn. House cleaning is not checked.

I usually stay at this hotel once a year for my class reunion, each year it get dirtier and upkeep. Very sad. It a good location to everywhere and the airport.
