I was here for a chess tournament.

When a person hears the words Hyatt Regency they automatically think of top notch accommodations.Before I continue, it's important to state that any staff members we dealt with were all very cheerful and professional. Good review for the staff. The room was extremely basic and in need of sprucing up. The toilet seat was stained and discolored and all three of the toiletry bottles were empty. Overall the room was lackluster to say the least.

I would love to give a shout out to Berta, she took care of me as if she has known me for years. What a great way to start my stay. I wish more people would show that kind of kindness. The breakfast staff went above and beyond to care for my family. A great bug shout out to some of the hardest working people...Bashkim, Cristina Floriberto!
