I was actually going to call and ask for the General Manager of Westward Look. No exaggeration Every staff person, waitress, house keeping employee was friendly! Every person that came within my family(s) 25’ smiled and said hello. You have incredible employees that live working at the hotel.

We have stayed at a number of other properties and this is our favorite.
WL is out favourite stopping point in Tucson. The location is fantastic, the grounds are a world class desert eco garden, the facilities (pools, reception, rooms, grounds) are beautifully clean and well kept. Spa is my favourite anywhere and Señor Ocampo's tour is delightful. Staff are outstanding. Breakfasts are top of the line. We see the same wait staff year after year, so we know WL is a good employer. The other thing that the resort does amazingly is there were three conferences there during out 19 day stay and regular guests (us) were never impinged upon by any of it. We never felt the crowds, poolside or in the dining area or any of the lovely leisure outdoor seating areas. The only niggles are very small. I had a soap dish that had been used as an ashtray and I asked to change it out, twice, including bringing it to the front desk the second time and was promised a new one, but that never happened. The cupboard over the fridge was broken and didn't close properly and the chair at the desk was dangerously wobbly and I suggested it be replaced for future guests. I did not report the cupboard, but I hoped it would be noticed. So somehow requests made at the front desk never filtered down to anyone. But these are minor. We'll be back.
