Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety to choose from. Quite comfortable stay for my kids and I.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Port Hope. The hotel itself is quite nice and our room was very spacious. The only thing lacking was a comfortable place to sit and relax. With the room being so large, there is room for a small couch and coffee table. Breakfast was one of the best free continental that I've had. Staff was great.

The experience of booking a room was absolutely horrible. It took way to long to get through and then there were errors made that could not be corrected. The staff were extremely helpful, although they could do nothing for the booking error. They seem to be running blind with no way to contact those who have reservations if need be.The facilities were clean and well maintained. Going back to the staff everyone that I had dealings with were polite, helpful and did an excellent job.
