Easy check in; room and lobby were super pretty esp. with the photographs and NJ and NYC. TV and room heat worked just fine.

I didn't expect my stay at your establishment to be 100% free of issues. I had my car charged while I stayed there and whenever I had a question, front desk Donna was better than Google in giving me the answers. She even gave me the easiest way to get to the courthouse which was the reason I was in the area. I would definitely return in the future at your place. Merry Christmas.
The Wilshire Grand Hotel was a great place to stay for two weeks as my home was being remodeled. The Staff is friendly, Manager exceptional at taking care of guest's requests, questions and/or concerns. Hotel is clean, quant, with lovely spacious rooms. Quite residential like neighborhood close to public transportation and highways. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
Room was clean and maid service was good as I would expect. All else was excellent.
and breakfast and coffee horrible. I will not stay here ever again.
