Very happy with stay, we had our dog and we were right by door. The hotel was clean and excellent with gracious staff.
Staff was very nice and professional. I do not want to stay anywhere else. Happy hour and the breakfast buffet are great.
Way too hot and unable to sleep. Maintenance brought me a fan but did not help, just moved hot air around. Thermostats in the room did nothing and turning off system did not help except decrease one degree. Temperatures over 70 degrees not conducive to sleep!
Our over all experience was very good. However, you really need to improve your bar situation. The Bartender was terrible. The average wait time for a drink was about 15 20 minutes because no one was working the bar. For all the money I spent staying at Embassy Suites for one night, there should have been a more professional Bartender on duty. The service was terrible and it negatively affected our experience. Especially on our wedding anniversary :(.
