The hotel was very accommodating with ease of valet parking and proximity to eating establishments and the congressional office buildings/historical sites. The room itself had wonderful beds and pillows. The room also had a refrigerator and coffee pot which was very handy. A lovely stay and I would return.

I was there for only one day and night and spent only the night and a few hours of the morning before check out. However, I enjoyed the customer service. The doorman needs a raise and the front desk young guy went out of his way to find me information I was looking for regarding nearby restaurants etc. There was always hot water for tea. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was having some difficulty getting into my room and the sweet girl doing room service helped me with a smile. I would say that there was one thing I would change and that is the access to the temperature settings, I couldn't get the air blowing to stop so it felt somewhat colder than I like but it does not change my rating and I will definitely want to stay there again.

I loved my stay at Capitol Hill Hotel. The staff are very professional and personable so eager to help. It is clean, quiet and pet friendly. The location is perfect a gem within walking distance to eateries and the famous Eastern Market. I definitely recommend Capitol Hill Hotel to anyone visiting DC.
