Everything was very worn including sheets and comforters. My comforter had a large stain and none of the usb ports in my room worked.

It was an easy check in. Very quite and clean rooms.

I stayed for three nights. Someone else made the reservation for me and they only did two nights. It was caught right away, but the hotel wouldn't modify the reservation or cancel it without charging us a cancellation fee. So we had to make a second reservation and pay a second booking fee. Stupid, but I don't know how their system works. They still offer smoking rooms. We had a non smoking room but it still faintly smelled like cigarette smoke. One day the housekeeper had all the rooms open in our hallway and at least half of them are smoking rooms and it was the nastiest smell ever. I used to smoke but never smoked inside. Gross. It is nice that you can open the windows and let in some fresh air. Our shower basin filled with water the first day, but this was fixed very quickly even though someone wasn't at the front desk. I'd say about 50% of the time no one is at the front desk, but they have a phone with instructions to contact someone and they always answer and show up quickly. I'm wondering if they are on well water because the water has an odor. The shower is the highest pressure shower I've ever experienced. There are a few downsides. It hurts your face. You kind of have to shield with your hand so you don't take the full force. The shower curtain does not stop blowing into the shower and this results on a lot of water on the floor. Grab a few extra towels. I'm wondering if the extra water on the floor has messed up the toilet. A toilet should not rock and there is definitely some water coming from the bottom of the toilet. I'm pretty sure it will fail sometime soon. Both our room keys stopped working but I suspect this had something to do with multiple reservations even though they did not make us switch rooms. The channel selection is nice. The Wi Fi worked great. There is some fast food and Walmart within walking distance. The room has a nice fridge and microwave. The toilet paper was nice, not some crappy single ply sandpaper stuff. Lastly and the biggest annoyance for me because I do not like bright lights, every light in the place is extremely bright except the light right by the door, but that doesn't illuminate the room enough at night. All in all it wasn't a bad experience other than some minor annoyances. The location was great to my family and we'd stay again rather than something more expensive in Bentonville.

I didn’t even realize I had booked through Expedia and she explained how one does that without even realizing if you click on any sites that say sponsored! Room Was spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Walls are thin and we were in room next to lobby and ice machine but it was quiet at night. For the price and convenience it was great! Again kudos to Bethany!
