The hotel offers a bar/lounge, parking, elevator, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, WiFi/Internet, laundry, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, 24/7 front desk, kitchen, business center, spa tub, and meeting rooms.
The property and ambience are very nice! But the rooms are dowdy and tired. It was also disturbing to have to pay an additional $118 fee for “resort services” even though we weren’t using any thing that should qualify as a resort service. We were told that parking and Internet were such! There was also no breakfast nor even simple coffee service available. The rooms are not serviced at all for our three nights stay. We understand not necessarily changing bed linens daily but do expect that the trash be emptied, beds made and maybe towels changed. As the only coffee available was one pack for the coffee maker in the room, a renewal would have been nice. The restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and never available for breakfast. In summary, the hotel was nice for location atmosphere but less conveniently serviced and outfitted than a much less expensive Holiday Inn Express.
