From check in to check out and everything during our stay was fabulous! It’s our third stay there and everyone remembered us…even Layla our five pound dog! The manager at the Rose Tavern is lovely and our waitress Allie was great! We look forward to coming back!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Check in was a bit confusing and a tad of a long rough start; our desk attendant didn’t seem to be quite on her game. However our stay was lovely. Never saw a visible concierge on duty at their desk during our visit. But again the hotel and location and property are simply beautiful. Restaurant service and food were great. The fall decor outdoors was just perfect and very special. We are very glad we decided to make this trip to Canadaigua.
