I had stayed at Springhill Suites Park Center some years ago. My recent stay on Monday January 19th was a last minute decision, due to predicted weather. I checked in around 6 PM and the gentleman working the front desk, I think his name was Nick, was very friendly, helpful and very professional. Nick checked me into a handicapped room on the first floor, right by the breakfast area. The room was very clean and comfortable. My sleep was very pleasant and undisturbed. The next morning, I woke up, walked across the hall and had a delicious breakfast. I checked out around 9:30 AM to head out for my 10 AM appointment. My stay at Spring Hill Suites Park Center was very easy and convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again, if I needed to.
I’ll start off with all employees were super helpful and friendly. The facility needs updating, carpets and bathrooms. The toilets were designed for small people, very low to the ground, bathroom size was tight. They need to update lamps to have USB for charging devices….breakfast was ok, turkey sausages were horrible, but when they had bacon it was perfect. I heard they are do for hotel remodel, which would make it a five rating…very good location close to great restaurants.
I will stay again.
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s in a nice central location, reasonable, accommodating staff, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The greenbelt along the river is located right behind the hotel for easy access.
We use recycled plates for our breakfast and have recycling bins available for plastic and aluminum.
