Terrible hotel, they scam you by telling you that you have a daily meal credit of $70 you use it or lose it Little do you know, they charged you this amount when you check in. My “deposit” they scammed me for and never returned was $500. I had to borrow the money cause they never mentioned to me about it and being so high. They gave me a receipt of bogus charges for the excuse of keeping my deposit like pool maintenance 30% or whatever it was. The pool came with the hotel. Why is whitewashed food served at a Puerto Rican hotel. How disgraceful.
