Extremely crowded. Accommodations clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and responsive. Trail's End Pub and Grille Was fantastic. Billy the Manager and his staff were unbelievably accommodating and professional. Make sure you make an advance reservation.
We had a perfect stay.
Very disappointing, room wasn't ready. had to leave the resort to go eat, lazy river was freezing..arcade, most games were broken. chaotic check in.
