Our recent stay at this hotel was just ok! We didn’t realize that we had booked the reservation under Expedia and came to find out the Expedia had the wrong address for this hotel. So after an hour and half driving around we finally found it. The night manager was a bit sarcastic and kept telling us that we booked the reservation the wrong way. I needed to do a load of laundry and was happy to find out there was guest laundry on sight. However the sundry shop was completely out of laundry soap! The room we were given was right next door to the front desk and in the earlier morning hours the breakfast room staff and manager sat and talked loud enough that woke us up. My husband went out and asked if they could move away from this area or chat quieter. The room was ok, the toilet paper rolled looked like it had been moved and was crooked. The TV remote was not working and the breakfast was mediocre. I don’t think we would ever stay at this location again. We stay at a lot of Best Westerns and we were quite disappointed with this one.
