I stay recently at this hotel in July during a regional convention and and again in October of this year, impressed with hospitality and the welcoming feeling from the staff. The rooms are nice and clean with a beautiful outdoor area with a swimming pool and delicious breakfast waiting every morning not the normal breakfast, but a breakfast made with love. Anthony was my hotel host when checking in and out. He was very professional and was able to assist in a small issue which I deeply appreciate his expertise..

We have been NC Green Certified and are currently the only hotel in Winston Salem. We now have 2 dogwoods and are working towards our third.

We checked in with no expectations and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, friendly staff and convenience to all Wake Forest events and restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here.

After2 hrs on phone could not find who was responsible for the billing to make cancelation. Everyone we were sent to didnot have our confirmation # or the other # given to us though we were quite sure it was the hotel thst made the reservation We were told they would work with us because they were connected to Baptist Hospital they did not discount any of the fee placed on our charge card.
The rooms need to be updated for price being charged, with the price point breakfast should be free. It's ok. But updates are needed in the rooms.

Hotel was very quiet when we were there. two good food locations across the parking lot .. Señor Bravo good Mexican food! And a great bakery.
Property is in a good place. Prices for rooms are good.
