Stayed one night for the idiot convention, aka Cryptic Con. Room was quite nice. The convention was OK. Restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Pool spa and hot tub were excellent overall it was a very pleasant time.

Nice room but noisy and crowded in the hotel.
Room was clean except for the water leaking from the A/C making the carpet wet and the wasp that was in the window. Pool/hot tub was clean but crowded with lots of kids. A little difficult to navigate to room and would be harder for wheelchair accessibility. Mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Overall fine, but expensive for what you get out of it.

I enjoyed my stay there very much. The staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean.
Relaxing, comfortable and convenient.
Not a good time, children were unattended, in aquatic areas, running through hallways knocking on doors, my phone wasn’t plugged in, I had to plug it in to call front desk. There was screaming through the night on the second floor,and the couch in my room was stained on the front couch and the couch itself was stained. I was in room 204.
Only complaint was Kids running thru the hallways until 3am called front desk several times but they continued all thru the night. Maybe upgrade security. Other than that it was nice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Everything else very clean. I would recommend to family and friends. Price was also right.
It was really nice. Probably do it again. Very nice hotel, restaurant, bar and breakfast.
