Shutters Hotel
The cool thing about Shutters Hotel is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa tub, and complimentary breakfast bags to-go.
I like this hotel, but this time I had two issues. Walked in the room to a big dead bug in room on floor. Secondly, reserved a room with a tub and showed up and they said they were out of rooms with a tub. I still like the hotel and would stay again, but frustrating this time.
Room ready early. Staff very helpful and friendly. Over all, a great experience. We always stay here when in Elko.
We stopped in Elko on our way to Lake Tahoe and stayed at The Shutters. It was a great place to be. We were able to have adjoining rooms, so my great grand daughter could go easily through the rooms. The pool and hot tub were excellent as well. They only thing that made us a bit sad was that the restaurant wasn't opened, but it was the 4th of July. This was a great place to stay and it will definitely be a place we will stay at again.
We recycle all cardboard. We also donate all used bars of soap to be washed, ground, and made into new bars for third world countries. We do paperless check in and paperless billing.
