I was having surgery and I couldn't stay at the hotel for our adventure. I even bought them. It's the extra protection but they wanted my medical records to prove that I couldn't make it to the hotel even though I sent a copy of my surgery, orders pathetic just another way for somebody to make money. And of course, you can't talk to anybody.
Not a good breakfast offering, no gym/fitness center, no pool or playground for children, very dingey and unkempt in general, trash can full of rotted meat or something dead up near the main entrance, that was very putrid and disgusting smelling,no amenities/snacks drinks etc.. not worth the price.
The employees were all very nice and helpful. I would stay there again. it was close to a lot of stuff, but you were outside of town and that I really liked.
