The room was clean and comfortable. Jennifer is awesome. She was very welcoming and always had a smile and really went above and beyond for us. The pool is spectacular. The breakfast is the best out of any hotel where I have stayed. I stay there every time I come to Erie and will continue to do so! Thank you !

Hotel should have been closed due to plumbing issues. Guests should not have been told to plunger their toilet.
