The manager at the hotel AmericINN in Merrill, WI was awesome. We had a small situation (which we created ourselves) and the manager was so patient and excellent. She never even frowned at the extra time it would take to fix. It maybe wasn't a lot of time, but it was a inconvenience and she patiently worked through it. I would highly recommend this place with a manager like that. The place was clean and comfortable. A great experience.
Very nice room and excellent service. We did not have a hair dryer in our room for some reason and when I went to the front desk, they were very accommodating and found one right away. I believe it was the manager even offered her one personal hair dryer for us to use but we did not need to after all.
Checked in early without a problem. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Friendly, clean,quiet and very congenial. I did not stay for breakfast but I have stayed there before and they do a nice breakfast also. I stay there whenever I am in that area.
We have no complaints. Breakfast fitness room all excellent. The service was amazing👍.
