Customer service was subpar. Room did not get service for all five days of visit. Had to ask front desk for a towel refresh in which the took care of. The Janitoeial staff is not very friendly at all. They came at around 9am and I asked them to come back in an hour or so so I could get dressed. They never showed back up and I was told.. if I don’t get it done now that it won’t get done..Not very courteous or professional at all. The body wash soap was empty. The place has a nice trendy vibe about it but the service within was not very good. The front desk doesn’t greet you going or coming. I expected more from a Hilton affiliate.
Had to retrieve towels from the service desk and when I went to take a shower there was no soap in the dispenser.
Reservation desk employee was kind. Room was appropriate.
