It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Please change PWT policy and include one cat. Trust guests to be clean. I want to stay but cannot if cat cannot join me in future. You are way too rigid about this rule.
We booked on the phone with someone who was clearly not on property. We needed a room for the night that could accommodate having our dog with us. We were told the room would have a long and a sofa sleeper. When we checked in we were given a room with a long and no sofa sleeper but a hot tub. Too tired to make a deal about it after having moved all day and just needing to shower and sleep. Worst, most concerning thing we discovered later that evening is that our lock didn’t work! You didn’t need a key to get in the room! Anyone could’ve just walked in at anytime if we didn’t lock the deadbolt. When brought to the attention of the desk staff that laughed and said it just needed to be reprogrammed. Also, the water was shut off to the toilet when we checked in. This is probably because the tank seal needs to be replaced. If the water is on to the toilet it runs every five seconds. Overall, the place was dirty and had a creepy feeling. I have a degree in hospitality and have worked 20 years in the industry. I would never recommend this property to anyone. I would actually go out of my way to tell people not to stay there unfortunately. The desk staff didn’t care about any issues and even said my room number out loud while checking me in which is illegal and goes against privacy policies in hospitality law!
We had a very nice stay. enjoyed swimming hot tub and First of Thai meals.

This hotel was fine and we would stay again in the future is we are in Faribault.
Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff accommodating. 24-hour coffee convenient.
Very clean and quiet hotel.
The room was clean, loved the uncarpeted floors. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was standard. We were staying because of a wedding so we didn’t spend much time there. Fine for our needs.
