Firstly, the Madison's location in the Hospital District is SO convenient for people going through medical issues. The front desk person, Barb, was SO helpful and personable! The complimentary breakfast was very good! We will remember The Madison in the future and not just for medical reasons for the stay!
The receptionists were very friendly when we arrived. The Madison Inn has been remodeled since our last stay and looks very nice and inviting. Our room was quiet, clean and updated. Very happy with our short stay.
I choose this hotel every time I visit Spokane for medical appointments and surgery. The staff is so nice and friendly and the rooms are always clean. Breakfast is top notch.
