The hotel was absolutely amazing. You on the other hand were atrocious. I tried calling a week before my stay to change my reservation and NO ONE ever got back to me even though I made multiple attempts and received email confirmations that I contacted you. I will NEVER use your website ever again and I will encourage others not to use your services as well.
Staff were kind and accommodating, suite afforded plenty of room and comfort. Highly recommend and would stay again.
