From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Jose Luis helped book my room and he was amazing and very helpful. Upon checking in the front desk young man asked if I needed help carrying my bags, as they don't have elevators and I was on the 2nd floor. I travel a fair amount and have never been asked that before. Just fabulous! I did carry my own bags, but the offer was appreciated and noted. Great job everyone. Malia B.
I was traveling and spending most of my time at a busy trade show. Hotel was quiet so it was easy to relax an rest peacefully. I love staying here with the diner in the parking lot for good food at any hour.
Well, when I got in the room, it had no hand towels. It had no washcloths all that had was a bathmat and two bath towels and then the TV would not come on and stay on. It’s no service.
Clean and comfy.
