Dirty room, mirror had last 6 guests signature on bathroom mirror. Outdated broken furniture, mold in bathroom: no staff members present anywhere…..front desk, restaurant, snack shop Way too expensive for horrible service and one star accommodations.

I will never make a reservation with them over the phone again.
Waterpark was very nice. Staff was excellent.
The people who cleaned up and provided the morning meal buffet did a terrific job. We were there for four nights and we saw how hard they work to keep the place clean and the food in good condition.
Kids had fun. People friendly. Good food.
Stayed there two nights. Everything was in walking distance. The kids had a blast. Staff was very welcoming!
We brought four families, 13 people and the staff took the time to get all of our rooms in a block. The water park was wonderful! I love that the shop had safety gear for the little children with us. It was watched over closely by a very attentive lifeguard. There was absolutely nothing about this stay that I wasn't completely happy with. The staff are very knowledgeable and amazing people!
Great breakfast staff and front desk staff.
