Very nice room.

Awesome, we had a great time.

The hotel itself is fine. What is really the problem is the common areas and cost for meals and drinks. one hour after we check in for a two night stay, I informed the front desk that we could not stay for two nights. The place smelled bad and the music was so loud you couldn't even carry on a conversation with someone standing beside you. I know you don't care, but be aware, I will NEVER, EVER, stay at any Hard Rock hotels again. Also, reservation services is a scam. I am telling everyone I know to stay away.

We stayed at the Hard Rock to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The Hotel staff and room were excellent. My wife had been gambling on slot machines for five 6hrs. She placed $100 in a machine that jammed. It would take in the bill and it wouldn’t give it back to her. After about 10 minutes, she had to locate a floor staff person. The person stated they had to call another staff down to look at the machine. My wife ended up waiting for 30 minutes before she finally went to find another staff person. That staff person once again stated they had to call someone down to look at the machine. After about 20 minutes, a person finally showed up to work on the machine. After some time he was able to retrieve the $100. In all she had to sit at the machine for almost an hour. During the time my wife was waiting no staff came by to check on her, to offer her a drink, to sit at the machine for her so she could continue to gamble, or to bring the money to her once it was retrieved from the machine. Thanks.

Great Stay and Casino!

Just didn’t seem to be worth the money. The room was nice enough, however 7 light switches did nothing. Signage is limited and confusing. My wife and I only had two overnight bags and her pillow, but we had to walk through the casino floor with our bags in tow weird. The entire place stinks of cigarette smoke even the non smoking game floor., even our room. The elevators are slow and too small. We were pleasantly surprised by the free parking but it took us two tries to find where we were supposed to park staying in the East Tower. We did get a couple deli sandwiches for a late night snack and was excellent and reasonable at $10, but it was tough to get to the Mezzanine level for them. The casino floor is so confusing to know where to go, a beer girl said she still gets confused and she’s been there awhile. Single file line at the big bar was weird. I know you can’t control it, but your clientele is somewhat disgusting. The staff I interacted with were great. Weather blocked us from enjoying it, so I can’t comment. I just didn’t think it was worth the price.

Got randomly upgraded, had a nice meal at the buffet, the casino was a little smokey for my taste, but overall a good experience. I will stay again.

Hotel was beautiful and non-smoking areas have been improved and expaned.

Great fun, comfy beds, great food!

The rooms at Hard Rock Casino, Tampa are always very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is a very relaxing hotel. The food is very good and the Casino area is always clean. It is just a very nice hotel.

Loved the hotel. I thought it was well worth the money. We stayed in the newly renovated west tower where the King luxury Suite was the size of a studio apartment. There are plenty of restaurants on site that stayed open into the wee hours to accomadate the gamblers. Highly reccomend.

Terrible.

The service was amazing. They took great care of me. I received a birthday suite upgrade and I was more than grateful for the most amazing experience ever from top to bottom! I will do it again next year.

Great experience, staff went out of their way to help. Hotel and casino staff were very friendly towards our pets and went above and beyond to accommodate pets. Our room was beautiful and bigger than I expected. Also hotel security was top notch.

We stayed in a suite at the hotel for anniversary and birthday and our stay was fantastic! The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our suite was very clean and very comfortable and the also room service was fast with excellent food and service. We'll definitely return!
