The hotel personnel and atmosphere was great.
Our room was nice and clean. Smelled good too. Beds were comfortable....The beach area is nice...Real nice view of the Straights if you have a lakeside room. Great location, close to everything. There is a great breakfast place right across the road that is fabulous.
The staff at the front desk was outstanding. There was some mixup with our reservations they bent over backwards and gave us a suite which had a double bed and cot.
Our hotel is a green partner. We utilize the optional water conservation program and also give a credit on hotel folio for opting out of daily housekeeping service.

Great! Front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Would come back just based on my experience with her alone.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and budget friendly. Staff was very nice. Kids really enjoyed the pool.
Cleaning staff gathered near the elevator which was near our room and talked loudly during evening hours. No ability to print boarding passes (not helpful).
This was the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hamilton. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful.
Staff was helpful. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, except that the lighting there was quite dim.
