Our stay at the Inn was wonderful. The staff is friendly and we felt appreciated every day. That goes for everyone from front desk to housekeeping staff. There are nice places to relax and many sights within walking distance. We loved it.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. A la carte breakfast is served in our elegant Main Dining Room from 7-10 weekdays and 7:30-10:30 weekends. Group breakfasts may be arranged as private buffets or pre-paid a la carte coupons.Prices from $14-25.

Our room was in the Steven’s house which is quite a distance. We missed the “Red Lion” experience that we were looking forward to Sitting on the porch etc. very disappointing.
Such an inviting, peaceful lobby. The staff were very friendly and professional.

I recently stayed at the hotel with four college friends for a special anniversary. The staff was helpful and gracious. Our rooms were very comfortable and charming. The welcoming lobby and famous front porch made for a relaxing gathering place to sit and catch up. We even got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The area is beautiful and full of interesting sites, museums, shops. All in all, a lovely experience.
Have stayed at this landmark hotel many times over the years with great satisfaction. Very disappointed that there was no breakfast available on Monday. Difficult sleeping (rm. 314) as ever few minutes there was a few seconds of noise apparently coming from the pipe or within the wall. The bed was very comfortable but unable to sleep w/noise constantly from the pipe. Toilet not 100% as few times during night had to take back off and manipulate inside tank so it would FILL UP, otherwise constant running in the tank. We like the RLI and many fond memories, but not so this visit.
Room was fine.
