My husband and I have been staying at the Hotel Murano for about 15 years. We’ve traveled all over the world and whenever we come to visit Tacoma we always stay at Hotel Murano We even had our wedding party stay there. It’s fun and artistic. The restaurant has good breakfast and dinner. The restaurant and bar staff was very nice and friendly.
We just loved everything. Very nice. Loved the view and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great night sleep!

We were very pleased with our accommodations at Hotel Murano. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was special. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly any time we needed to work with them. We had wonderful breakfasts in "Bite" and even invited friends to join us there for dinner and we were all very pleased with our meals. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful place to stay.
Hotel Murano is a really nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The room was neat and clean. Beautiful decor. Price was great. Loved our stay and if we are in the area again for a vacation I wouldn’t mind staying again.

After reading some negative reviews I was a little worried before arriving at the hotel. However, after being here for two nights, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is beautiful and very elegant. The room is clean and the beds comfortable. I have read reviews that the rooms are dated, but I didn’t see it an issue. There is a mini fridge which is useful and a big closet. We had a room with one double beds, which also had a couch which was a nice plus. No hot tub or pool but an exercise room. No water fountain to refill water bottles, but there is ice water in the lobby. The only thing is there is a lack of parking at times and the parking is all outdoor and unsupervised.
Everything I would want in a hotel stay! Restaurant had best food I've had in recent memory!
I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone I had a couple issues but they jumped right in it and fixed the problem immediately.
I was in and out briefly to attend a wedding. The gentleman manning the front door was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean, albeit the rooms are showing some age. The gym is small but it was clean and had sufficient equipment for a good work out. Overall, a very nice stay.
