"Impossible!"

Had a slow start bc we were given a room that had construction happening We were given a room that had construction going on in the room above. Need I say more? The staff quickly moved us to a lovely suite. The staff was remarkable in all they did. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Itsel at the front desk came twice to help me with my rented oxygen machine. When I wanted to tip her she graciously refused to accept it. The food in your restaurant was absolutely delicious and the service was immaculate. Thank you Waldorf for such a lovely stay!
