We enjoyed our five night stay. It was convenient for walking to downtown and to the campus. Personnel very professional.

Everything about this hotel is awful overpriced, disorganized, not user friendly. It completely lacks any semblance of what a hotel should be. Stay away!
Everything about this hotel is awful overpriced, disorganized, not user friendly. It completely lacks any semblance of what a hotel should be. Stay away!
Hotel has a no cancellation policy and does not advise it is renovating and does not have access to its restaurant, bar or convienance store. Only one working elevator on the weekend. Check in area on top of passage to the elevator resulting in the rude folks bumping into guests trying to check in. Unfortunately I have another reservation here next month and with the non cancellation policy, would have to pay for a two night stay. That will be my last visit to this property. There are too many fine hotels in Annapolis to endure this mess.
