It was a very pretty hotel and it was nice being downtown. Room service was delicious.
Looking forward to staying at the Fountain Square Westin for the 22nd time. From the front desk to house keeping, to all I’ve encountered, they are fantastic.

We stayed two days
The bed was comfortable! The bathroom is tiny and very poorly laid out. The door is in the way of the toilet and the door Stopper is in front of the shower. So When you step out you have to be careful not to put your bare foot square onto a metal doorstop!! The mirror is broken. The caulk has mildew behind it and needs replaced. The people across the hall were drunk and yelling and slamming doors until one am. Will stay elsewhere next time.
we stay here fairly often and may continue to do so. But our room (522) had a broken mirror, missing towel bar, slow tub drain, sagging shower curtain rod. general condition looked/felt a little worn. the gal at the front desk was great as was the lobby bartender. great people.
Old carpet,old 1970's wallpaper in the halls, old outdated bathrooms. Just an old outdated building, needs upgrades badly!!
The front desk service was outstanding! They were so polite and went out of their way to make our stay the best experience. They all were very kind and helpful! Such a great service team!
Love coming back to The Westin in Cincinnati! Fountain Square! The Front desk crew is Amazing! You all are a Big Westin Team best!
